Studies have proved that the earlier the age physical education is taught, the earlier children begin to develop critical thinking.

With sports, toddlers and preschoolers have higher self-esteem and lower risk of becoming obese. Moreover, they develop important skills such as problem solving, self- evaluation and decision-making.

As for school age children, sport is not only imperative for their physical strength, but also for their mental and psychological wellbeing.

Jam is in charge of after school activities in AFLEC, Vernus Early Learning Center.

At AFLEC we have Basketball, Tennis, Inline Skating and taekwondo.

At Vernus we have Basketball, Football, Tennis, Little Athletes, Ballet, Dance, Karate and swimming.
